Returns and Refunds

At Tamaala, we value our customers and providing a seamless user experience is our topmost priority.

All products at Tamaala are rigorously checked by our “Customer Support” department before any product is shipped from the warehouse but even then if the product you receive is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described”, our friendly returns policy will solve your problem as quickly as possible; just follow these few simple steps :-

  1. What you need to do is raise a return request within a period of “15 days”, from the date of delivery.
  2. You can raise a replacement request by sending us an email with the details of the shipment at support@tamaala.com .
  3. Once the request is raised or the product is returned, we assure you our customer service team will provide you with a resolution at the earliest.

At Tamaala, the intent is to give you the best customer service experience though there are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns. The scenarios being as:-

  • If the return request is made after the specified time frame (15 days from the date of delivery)
  • Anything missing from the package viz. the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing etc.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or due to human error etc.
  • Personalized or customized items will not be replaced unless the products are received in a Damaged or Defective condition, at the time of delivery.

We provide a refund to the customer if we are not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product delivered is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described (Customer not liking)”. Once we get a refund request from your end, we process your refund as per the mode of payment you selected while placing your order which is described below:

Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) – In this, you will either get the “Tamaala Credit Voucher” or the order amount will be remitted back to your card or net-banking account. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your card / net-banking account.

Cash on Delivery Order– if you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and had requested a refund, we have following options available:

  1. a) We provide you “Tamaala Credit Voucher” which you can use to purchase any product from Tamaala web site.
  2. b) We take your bank account details and we do a bank transfer. In this the money will get credited in your account within 5-7 working days.
