Madhvacharya, sometimes anglicised as Madhva Acharya, and also known as Purna Prajna and Ānanda Tīrtha, was an Indian philosopher, theologian and the chief proponent of the Dvaita school of Vedanta. Madhva called his philosophy Tattvavāda meaning “arguments from a realist viewpoint”.

The works span a wide spectrum of topics concerning Dvaita philosophy in specific and Vedic thought in general. They are commentaries on the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavadgita, Brahma Sutras and other works.

The doll is 8″ tall, made in clay by the rural artisans of Tamil Nadu.
